Less than you think. You'll need to be available for our initial discovery call and strategy call, provide your content and images by the deadlines we set. I ask that you respond to my emails within 24 hours during the scheduled design period. Most of my clients spend about 5-10 hours total on their end throughout the whole process, depending on which package they select. It's best to allow a couple of weeks to gather all materials and spend focused time preparing all your website content.

You'll still complete comprehensive questionnaires so I can understand your business, voice, and goals, then professional copy will be written for you. Quality images are important to your website’s success. I can work with what you have, and I'll provide professional stock photography curation as part of every package. I can also point you toward photographers if you want to invest in some professional images. I work with photographers who offer a variety of services.

Yes, and I'll make sure you know how. Every package includes comprehensive 1-on-1 training on how to manage your Squarespace site. I'll show you how to update text, swap out photos, add content, and handle the basics. Your website will be built to grow with your business and be easy to update.

Yes, completely. You'll own your Squarespace site, your domain, all the content, everything. I'll transfer full ownership to you at launch. You're never locked into working with me, though many clients do choose to continue working together for ongoing support.
